BTV Divisione Network operates as part of the Battistolli Group throughout Italy, with its own structure consisting of two Customer Service centres (Siena and Vicenza) and approximately 40 employees, for the coordination and management of Transport of Valuables, Surveillance and Security for top banks and large retail distribution. These innovative solutions are supported by on the ground activities by a dedicated team of Security Managers for the implementation of Auditing & Monitoring operations in counting rooms, bank vaults and clients’ premises.

The Auditing & Monitoring service arises from the need to oversee every aspect of the wide range of services provided by BTV Division Network for its clients, always seeking maximum specialisation and professionalism. Certified staff and advanced monitoring technologies allow levels of service to be constantly monitored and any issues to be addressed promptly. Thanks to a specific internal auditing service, continuous inspections are made daily and checklists developed to measure the level of reliability of the service provided to clients. Data collected centrally by the two Customer Service units allow 24-hour monitoring of the status of active services.

Inspectors and auditors on the ground, along with professionals carrying out monitoring operations in our Customer Service units, form the basis of our Auditing & Monitoring provision to support Business Continuity and Compliance.

Completing the wide range of services offered by BTV Network is an e-learning system for clients which exploits the potential of web technology to provide training courses throughout our network of operational partners, sharing information about new legal requirements in the sector, as well as technical and procedural updates for our clients.
