Human Resources
Over the years, in addition to the fields of valuables transport and cash handling, there has been a considerable increase in operations linked with surveillance and fiduciary services. Today the Group employs almost 3,000 people, each with their own training and specialisation. The high-quality commercial structure is flexible and attentive to market trends; it operates all over the country and can meet any request from clients.
Training
An essential area for the Group, which invests considerable resources in the professional development of its staff. More than 25,000 hours per year on average are dedicated to training and refresher courses. Highly qualified training bodies provide courses which are specifically designed for purpose. Sworn Private Security Guards take regular training courses and static and dynamic shooting practise. The Group's staff and managers receive high-level training: methods used are sessions in the classroom, on-the-job training and e-learning.
